Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at durvasulaananya@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a free return shipping label.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Used or washed pee pads are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
